Senior Accountant
Location: Port Coquitlam Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Accountant, Treasury & Financial Reporting is responsible for managing daily treasury operations, cash flow reporting, and internal/external financial reporting. This role plays a key part in liquidity management, financial controls, and ensuring accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. The position partners closely with Finance leadership, FP&A, and external stakeholders such as banks and auditors.
Role and ResponsibilitiesTreasury & Cash Management
- Manage daily cash positioning, bank balances, and liquidity forecasting
- Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and variance analyses
- Execute and monitor cash transfers, intercompany funding, and debt-related transactions
- Maintain banking relationships and support bank account administration, signatories, and compliance
- Monitor covenant compliance and assist with debt reporting and interest calculations
- Support treasury policies, controls, and process improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with ASPE
- Ensure accurate recording of treasury-related transactions (cash, debt, interest, FX, investments)
- Prepare supporting schedules for balance sheet accounts, particularly cash, debt, and equity
- Assist with consolidation and reporting packages for management and external stakeholders
- Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
- Lead or support month-end close activities related to cash, debt, accruals, and related accounts
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate close in alignment with reporting deadlines
- Maintain strong internal controls over cash and treasury activities
- Assist with internal control documentation and testing (if applicable)
- Analyze trends and variances related to cash, interest expense, and financing activities
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
Applicant Should Possess:
- CPA designation (applicants who also have an MBA degree will be considered)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a full-cycle accounting role
- Experience with inventory cost control/accounting
- Advanced computer skills, including Office suite applications and financial modelling/reporting tools
- Solid writing skills, with experience in preparing concise and insightful reports for management
- Knowledge of US accounting protocols and related international experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of MXP is desirable, but not essential
- Private Lending experience considered an asset
AR Support Clerk
Location: Australia
Key Responsibilities:
Join Norco Bicycles in an exciting chapter in its 60-year history as it builds its direct-to-Australia operation. To support this venture, we're looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Finance Support Clerk to play a key role in day-to-day finance operations and dealer credit management. Working closely with Norco's Australian accounting contractors and Norco HQ Finance teams, this role will support core accounting processes, contribute to month-end close and reporting, and help maintain accurate records and compliance, while also supporting dealer credit oversight and strategies that enable sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong attention to detail, and is eager to contribute to process and system improvements. Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo and handling dealer payments is an asset.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Support
- Support daily finance operations across AP, AR, expenses, and general ledger activities.
- Process invoices, payments, invoicing, reconciliations, ageing, and support vendor and customer queries.
- Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records, support compliance and audits, and contribute to process and system improvements.
- Support with Ad Hoc reporting.

- Dealer credit management; ensure all dealers receive statements and follow credit terms.
- Review and ensure all accounts are set up for PPSR
- Analyze dealer credit limits to ensure risk management and positioning for growth.

Applicant Should Possess:
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to AP, AR, and general ledger work.
- Familiarity with Australian cycling industry
- Familiarity with Australian accounting standards and basic compliance requirements.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems (Odoo experience an advantage).
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Outside Sales Rep
Location: Greater Edmonton
Key Responsibilities:
The Outside Sales Rep builds relationships with current dealers and cultivates future dealers within their territory. They are the face of the company and work to drive their business.
Reporting directly to Regional Sales Manager, this position requires extensive travel within designated region to drive sales and achieve sales targets in all brand categories.
Role and Responsibilities- Grow sales and brand representation within assigned territory to achieve sales targets
- Manage all aspects of dealer business in terms of sales, sales training, merchandising, POP
- Establish and maintain effective dealer relationships
- Seek out and establish new sales opportunities
- Forecast territory sales to support planning and activities
- Coordinate and present product knowledge seminars on company products
- Organize special events with dealers and with internal events team where required
- Actively manage call schedule to ensure assigned territory is covered in a timely manner
- Facilitate the credit process including credit limits
- Respond to requests from sales, credit and merchandising
- Follow up with warranty and service issues
- Review pricing on program price sheets, and report any changes
- Review sales by category for all key partners, and discuss with dealer
- Follow-up with support of inside sales associate
- Discuss territory strategy plans with inside sales associate where applicable

What You'll Do
Creative Development
- Lead visual concepting for brand moments, campaigns and key product launches

- Support Norco Race Division creative (hero moments, athlete content, race visuals)

Applicant Should Possess:
Creative & Conceptual Strength
- 3–6 years of design experience, ideally in brand, creative agency or in-house creative roles
- A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, strong visual storytelling and clean execution
- Ability to turn loose ideas into clear, compelling creative directions
- Understanding of global brand aesthetics and modern outdoor/sport design trends
Design Craft
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; motion or XD/Figma is a plus)
- Strong typography, composition, layout and colour sense
- Experience building campaign creative, key art, or visual identity systems
Photo/Video & Content
- Experience participating in or supporting photo/video shoots
- Ability to collaborate with content creators, photographers and filmmakers
